Individuals

We offer the following structure:

  • Session 1 - 30 minutes free to introduce the MBTI and how it works and discuss what you would like from it.

  • Session 2 - 2 hour coaching session to discuss your results, what they mean to you and your plans.

  • Session 3 - free 30 minutes to check in and arrange any further sessions you may want bespoke to your needs that you may want following the results.

Even if you’re not in work, it can help you understand how you communicate with others and how you make decisions. It doesn’t tell you what you are or should be but designed to get you thinking about yourself in a non-judgmental way. Describing differences positively, there is no right or wrong type each type has strengths and possible blind spots.

If you have already taken step 1 we also offer MBTI step II. This provides deeper insights into the unique way we express our personality preferences. It can be used for team development as well as one-on-one development and can help individuals explore in more depth by building on their introduction to type in step 1.

There are so many ways in which the MBTI can you help you as an individual or organisation.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a MBTI with Rachel recently.

To be honest initially I was a bit dubious if it would help me in any way but the results really shocked me and the assessment ‘got me’ exactly!!!

I recently went through a promotion process at work and I know that the MBTI played a part in me being successful in that process. It made me realise how I react to certain situations, what strengths and weaknesses I have and what I needed to work on.

Not only was the MBTI extremely beneficial Rachel put me at ease and made the assessment enjoyable

This was a real eye opener ! I suddenly realised why I did things the way I did. It really helped me focus on my strengths and helped my team to do the same

“It beings clarity and understanding of yourself and how others may work. With this knowledge and awareness of ’type’ it leads you to understand how you can get the best out of your staff and yourself. Ideally I think all leaders or prospective leaders should have this in their training as from what I have found so far, it is only going to enhance a leaders ability to lead an effective and efficient workforce and surely that is what all companies strive for”
