Rachel Harris

I have been working with people for over 30 years. I help them make positive and lasting changes in their lives in both the private and public sectors. I have extensive leadership, coaching and training experience and understand the challenges individuals and organisations face.

Experienced in delivering a combination of well-established development tools, I am able to create bespoke support for people and organisations that achieve results.

I advocate building a strong foundation of self-awareness as a way to explore who you are and what you want.  By accepting the whole person and recognising people lead busy and complex lives; my practical solutions help people realise their own self-worth and challenge them to discover how amazing they already are!

Connecting with people to be the best version of themselves is incredibly rewarding. The skills they harness not only benefit their work and lives but are vital for health and wellbeing in our fast-paced world.
